Parking suppliers can advertise their parking using three different service levels unique to Parking Space Rentals; Bronze, Silver and Gold. It is important to us that we’re fully transparent with our renters so they know exactly what they’re getting when they rent parking from us and who is responsible for what. The table below shows the different features of the three service levels and how they apply to you. When looking at the parking adverts on our site make sure to keep an eye out for which service level they are supplied with.

The parking supplier is responsible for dealing with all enquiries, checking and collecting payments, writing out a rental agreement, resolving all parking issues 24/7, meeting to give access to the parking etc

When you rent parking from us there are only two costs you need to bear in mind; one is the monthly rental cost of the parking and the second is the refundable security deposit that is held on your behalf whilst the parking is in use. We don’t believe in unnecessary administration charges like some other companies and provided your account with us is operated normally you won’t have any extra charges to pay.

This is mainly set by the supplier of the parking; we actively encourage the use of competitive prices and you’ll often find the prices shown are far cheaper than the big-name contract parking providers.

It is normally recommended to suppliers that the security deposit is set at the equivalent of 5 weeks rent to cover any possible eventualities. On the Silver and Gold service levels Parking Space Rentals holds the deposit on your behalf to ensure it is protected properly. Provision is made for deductions to be taken from the deposit in extreme circumstances such as damage to or loss of parts or any access equipment supplied (remote controls, swipe cards, keys etc) provided to enable access to the parking. Oil leakage can cause damage to the parking so this is another area where a deduction may be made. In most regular circumstances however, where the renter takes normal care and attention when going about their use of the parking, the deposit is fully refundable after the end of the rental agreement so it is money you are likely to see again.
